• Refunds: We don't offer refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. The only exceptions are billing errors or rare special cases.

• Problems & Disputes: If there's an issue, reach out to us first. If we can't resolve it, disputes will go to binding arbitration in Wake County, North Carolina, not to court. No class actions.

1. Overview of Services

AuctionWire is a subscription-based web platform for sports card collectors. It provides access to historical and current sales data, analytics, portfolio tracking, predictive insights, and related tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By subscribing to AuctionWire, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts & Registration

• A paid subscription is required to access AuctionWire.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

• Paid Access Only: AuctionWire does not offer a free plan. All features require a valid paid subscription.
• Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Marlei LLC (and its payment processors) to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
• Price Changes: Marlei LLC may change subscription fees with prior notice.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before your renewal date.
• Effect of Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will apply unless you resubscribe.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. This includes situations where you cancel partway through a billing cycle.
• Exceptional Refunds: Marlei LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund in rare cases of billing error or extraordinary circumstances.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Scrape, harvest, or attempt to resell AuctionWire data.
• Reverse engineer or bypass access restrictions.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or other harmful material.

7. Intellectual Property

• AuctionWire Content: All data, analytics, software, and platform design belong to Marlei LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
• User Content: If you provide content (e.g., notes, portfolio details), you retain ownership but grant Marlei LLC a license to use it in connection with providing the Service.

8. Data Sources & Accuracy

AuctionWire aggregates data from publicly available sources, auction houses, and licensed partners. While we work to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that all data is complete, real-time, or error-free.

9. Privacy

Your use of AuctionWire is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Marlei LLC collects, uses, and safeguards personal information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

AuctionWire is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Marlei LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• In no case shall our total liability exceed the subscription fees you paid to Marlei LLC in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

• Marlei LLC may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, payments already made are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or permitted under Section 5.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact Marlei LLC at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
• Venue: Arbitration will take place in Wake County, North Carolina, unless both parties agree otherwise.
• Exceptions: You may pursue a claim in small claims court if eligible.

14. Changes to Terms
